Here some good news: the ringing in my ear has quieted down quite a bit since I have been playing the Wii, ie getting exercise. Thats the only thing I have changed.
the good thing about awful weeks is they'[re generally followed by awesome weeks. just a question of riding the awful tills it's gone. know what i mean?
i *must* put myself to bed. i'm starting to sound like that bloody gecko from the geico comerciasls in my head.
