We were going to bake our pumpkin cheesecake tonight too, but we figured that we were being a bit too proactive. Yummy pumkin-ness! How did yours come out?
Organic/Biodynamic pumpkin puree is in the fridge. In two days, I will be in the same place you are. I might have been further ahead, but getting home after 9:00 is not conducive to making pies, though.
