Some damn bug keeps eating my basil seedlings--do you know of any relatively safe insecticides? The basil is too small for people to eat for at least another month.

You just gave me some wonderful ideas for more plants to plant :) I am excited because this year for the first time in a long time, I am having a veggie garden-spinach, broccoli, peas, zuccini, and herbs! And now I need to plant lots of pretty flowering type things all around the house.
