did you see mystic river? if so how was it? i keep meaning to, it looks decent. i think sean penn is incredibly gifted, though he doesnt always exercise his prowess.

I hated it a lot. It was really grim and ugly and I didn't think the performances were that great and I saw the ending a mile away.
